Solitaire
Classic Italian
The most popular solitaire game, sometimes known as Klondike. The object of the game is to build up four suit piles, starting with the Ace of each suit and ending with the King.
The table consists of seven stacks of cards. The rest of the cards form a deck, from which three cards are turned over at a time. Cards can be stacked on the seven upturned cards in descending order, but only cards of the opposite color can be stacked on top of each other. If at some point there is a blank space in one of the seven stacks on the table, the space can be fill by a King.
When three cards are turned over from the deck, the top card can be played on either the seven table stacks or the four suit stacks. Once the top card of the turned over deck pile gets played, then the card directly underneath can be played. If all three cards have been played and there are other turned over cards from the deck, these can then be played in the order that they appear.
The game is won when all the cards can be stacked on top of the four suit stacks.
