Long Description:

As your team’s kicking specialist, you are called to win the match outright. The score in points is level, so it is down to a battle of the place kickers. Your team is depending on you to kick accurately at key points during the match.

As your team’s kicking specialist, you are called to win the match outright. The score in points is level, so it is down to a battle of the place kickers. Your opponent goes first. Given his total, you have to match or better his score within a certain time limit. Each drop goal attempt will be in a different place on the pitch – you have to account for the angle, distance and wind. As you progress, you will a higher target to beat and more difficult weather conditions. This is not an easy game!

Controls:
You have to beat your opponents score in the given amount of time. You have control over 2 factors in your kick; power and direction. Using the keys or joystick, you have to time the power of your kick first. Then as it is dropping, you set the direction based on the wind and distance from the posts. To win, you need to beat all the top European teams.

1 Power:
There is a power bar at the top left of the screen. The ‘ideal’ power point is marked by a white line towards the end of the force bar. Hold down 2 or the joystick to start the power bar. When the power is at the ‘ideal’ point, release the button (or joystick) to drop ball.

2 Direction:
You set the direction as the ball is falling and before the kick starts. There is a direction line at the bottom of the screen indicating the current direction. When the ball starts to fall, use the joystick or the 1 and 3 buttons to set the direction of your kick. Once the ball is kicked, you cannot influence the direction. 

Hint:
Always watch for the wind direction and strength (length of the wind line) when setting the ball direction – if there is a strong wind, you might want to aim into it.

Before the ball drops, set the power.
